WHAT TO DO
Season the beef with the seasoning mix. Heat half a tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan and stir-fry the beef for 1½ minutes, or until lightly browned Tip onto a plate, set aside and return the pan to the heat.
Add more oil and fry the onions, peppers as well as the jalapenos on high heat, getting a nice char. Season with salt and pepper. Cook till soft but with a bit of crunch.
Serve with cubed avo drizzled with lime juice, olive oil and salt (J talk through recipe) As well as a tomato, coriander and onion salsa (optional, J can make on camera or talk through),
