What you need?
2 potatoes, boiled, peeled & cubed
2 tbsp oil
½ onion, finely chopped
1 large green chilli
1 tsp chilli powder
salt to taste
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp masala
2 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp sweet tamarind
¼ cup sev
2 tsp double thick plain yogurt
1 tsp coriander leaves
2 tsp pomegranate seeds (optional)
What to do?

Add cubed potatoes to a hot frying pan with oil. Try not to mix too much as the potatoes might break.

Fry the potatoes until they are golden in color and a little bit crispy. The place the potatoes into bowl.

Add finely chopped onions and chilli as well as the spices into the bowl and gently mix it all together try no to break the potato, add salt and pepper.

Additionally add green chutney and sweet tamarind

Mix gently, transfer the chaat into a serving plate.top with the yoghurt, coriander leaves and finally, garnish with pomegranate seeds.
