A lot of you asked for pasta dishes so I have shared a SEXY SILKY CARBONARA that is really packing with flavor and a really easy dish to make. Its honestly one of the simplest dishes to make but comes with unbelievable flavor and if you aren’t like a super confident person in the kitchen I recommend this one for you. You’ll end up adding this to your monthly menu at home!
WHAT YOU NEED
1 packet bucatini
2 large egg yolks
½ cup cream
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup of diced pancetta
1 green chilli sliced
2 tsps crushed garlic
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground pepper. To taste
WHAT TO DO
1
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the bucatini until just al dente
2
Keep a cup of the pasta water aside. In a large, deep pan, heat the oil.
3
Add the pancetta and cook over moderately high heat, stirring, until crisp, 4 minutes. Add the garlic and chilli and cook until golden, 1 minute.
4
In a small bowl, whisk the egg yolks, parmesan and cream.
5
Add the pasta to the pan.
6
Cook over low heat, tossing, until coated. Slowly add the reserved pasta cooking water and beaten egg yolks.
7
Toss until coated with a creamy sauce, about 1 minute.
8
Add the ½ cup of Parmesan, stir and season with pepper. Transfer to bowls and serve.
